By working together, a group session can effectively focus on individual goals as well as highlight group social and communication goals and objectives. Group music therapy sessions are a great opportunity for children, adolescents, adults, and older adults to use music therapy to its full advantage. In-person and Telehealth music therapy options are available, book a free consultation today.

Adapted Lessons

Adapted music lessons provide an opportunity for persons of all abilities to experience learning a new instrument in an environment that is sensitive to their needs. Options such as playing by colour, improvising, and using visuals are just a few ways to encourage individuals to partake in learning a new instrument. Adapted voice, piano, guitar, and recorder lessons are available. Don’t see your desired instrument listed? Contact me to come up with an adapted lesson plan! In-person and Telehealth adapted lesson options are available.
